Refund policy

Because every tumbler is laser engraved to order, all sales are final once production begins. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect design selection, or color preference after an order has been placed. Order changes or cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of purchase, after which engraving has typically already started — contact us immediately if you need to make a change. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
