How long until my order ships?

Every order ships within 24 hours of purchase. We keep turnaround fast because custom gifts shouldn't sit in a queue.

How does the design process work?

Pick your tumbler color, then browse our design library to choose a ready-made engraving — or send us your own idea and we'll get it engraved. Your selection is attached to your order automatically at checkout.

Will the engraving fade, peel, or wash off?

No. We use laser engraving, not vinyl decals or stickers. The mark is burned into the surface, so it's dishwasher-safe and holds up to daily use without peeling or fading.

What size are the tumblers?

All tumblers are 20oz, insulated, and come with a lid built for daily drinks — coffee, water, or anything in between.

Can I send my own design?

Yes. Choose the "Custom" option in the design library, or reach out through our Contact page with what you have in mind.

What if something's wrong with my order?
